Freshwater Scientific Services: Terms of Web Site Use Agreement to Terms of Use These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to the Freshwater Scientific Services, LLC web site ("the Site") located at www.freshwatersci.com. The Site is the property of Freshwater Scientific Services, LLC. Freshwater Scientific Services reserves the exclusive right to add, remove, or modify portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use for changes. Your use of the Site following any such changes will indicate that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Freshwater Scientific Services allows you to enter and use the Site.
